Answer
The prep work will be different for every job, though there are many patterns which are similar. Colorado Paintings experienced teams will help and educate you on the prep work needed for your painting project. Cracked loose or peeling paint should be scraped away. Washing may be required to create a clean, dry and firm base for better adhesion. Sanding will help the result look better and smoother for high visibility areas, and we will let you know your options here as it may be beneficial if not required. Holes in trim such as windows, molding, framing, baseboards, or doors, will be filled and sanded. Windows may need to be prepared with masking. Sealing will be performed where needed with the right materials for the case such as window putty and caulking for doors and windows.
